Budget Design
We will work with you to refine or develop a show budget that will thoroughly examine expenses both the expected and unexpected. In addition we will look at the revenue potential and help you look at other sources of income. We will develop a budget using our template but customizing it for your needs.

Together we will develop a production plan for all deadlines related to the production. This includes, production meetings, department deadlines and other important dates to help you develop a calendar and a central depository for important documents like props lists, costume plots, etc. This document will be sharable with your team to ensure that everyone is on the same page.

Is there a policy, process or system that you are currently using or considering that you would like a fresh set of eyes on? We will evaluate the process or policy and make recommendations for improvement based on best practices used in the industry.

Marketing Review
Butts in seats are a key performance indicator and central to the success of any theatre. We will work with you to develop a marketing plan for your show that will include trackable benchmarks to evaluate the success of your plan. These benchmarks will be in an easily replicable template for use in future shows.
